How to write an Artist's CV
How about a blog or short video on how to prepare a successful artist's CV.
Style, essential content, format etc.32 votes -
Have each on-air episode be augmented with an online instructional video
I love the format: We get to see the artist create one of their works of art. One can "almost" follow along and create the same painting. But not quite. It seems that the artists' whole process from start to finish was filmed, but then edited. Out of necessity the show needs to introduce the artist, their motivation, philosophy and give an overview of all their work, not just one piece. That seems to leave a lot of good/great footage specific to that piece one piece cutting room floor. That technical stuff and the artists how's and why's--Would fit great…

Could you list the episodes by medium? That would be very helpful!
I would suggest that, at least in the captions, along with the artists' name, you add the medium that they work in. I love the episodes I've seen on pastels on artistnetwork.tv, but I'd have to go through all of the ones on this site to see which ones are pastelists! Thanks so much!

I HATE your show
I HATE your show because I can't stop watching them. I HATE your show because it wasn't around 20 years ago and I HATE your show because I love it so much. There is one suggestion I have and that is at the end of each episode could you list the materials (i.e. canvas type, type of paint, clay type, etc.) that your guest artist uses or maybe scroll the info at the bottom of the screen during the show. The former would be better. I find it frustrating rewinding and fast forwarding an episode to hear what materials are…

Please add a "gouache" category to the shop
You've listed oils, acrylics, watercolour and so on, but left out Gouache! Please add it, because it's definitely its own unique medium.

Please add a "nude" category to the shop (and the site!)
Like it or loathe it, nude art should be listed separately. Right now the closest category is "people" and I think it's fair to say that not everyone browsing people will want to see nudes.

A segment on how important art is for ppl with disabilities, as a coping strategy, and how much creativity they have to offer.
Art can become important on many levels for disabled people, as coping strategies, also it is a way of having something else to talk about besides just feeling confined with in a disability. From helping with anxiety, to expressing feelings, art brings a wide variety of joy and happiness to disabled individuals, as well as their families who are helping them.

Please ask the artist right at the beginning of the demo which medium and support they are working on. It makes a difference to the mind set
Please ask the artist to outline at the beginning the medium and the support. Some never give the info at all, or it is patchy, and others are very methodical about this.

Art Journalling and travel.
Art Journalling and travel. Creating quick sketches and memories. I have been traveling in Europe and Journalling. My journal is not a sale item but an irreplaceable memoRy. Better than souvenirs or photos. Creating sketches by the Seine in Paris. In the countryside in France and England. Greece. My journal is an emotional journey that people should experience.

Would LOVE to see a show by Les Darlow.
I've watched several videos by Les Darlow on YouTube. The sunrises he does are just phenomenal. Would love to see them in real time, as opposed to the quick time they're completed in on the videos!

For the American artists, there is a neat lady named Elizabeth St. Hilaire I think Graeham would find really different
Here is a write up on her. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bj-gallagher/elizabeth-st-hilaires-tor_b_9065824.html
